I started in tax and finance, where I saw first-hand how manual processes were holding teams back. Instead of waiting for IT, I learned analytics tooling, built automations, and eventually created a team from scratch, shipping 20+ applications and eliminating 4 FTEs of manual work. Two promotions in four years later, I had a mandate to build a dedicated automation platform.

That experience led me to product leadership at JPMorgan Chase, where I now lead platform infrastructure serving 300+ users across enterprise onboarding and product lifecycle management. At work, I prototype with Figma Make and GitHub Copilot to validate concepts before committing engineering resources. At home, I build full products with Claude Code, n8n, and other AI tools: prediction engines with confidence thresholds, multi-model AI assistants, and algorithmic trading systems.
